On Friday night Hurricane Harvey made landfall in Rockport then made its way up toward Houston, and this slow-motion disaster is far from over. The rain continues to fall, and the waters continue to rise.

First and foremost, I would urge everyone in an impacted area to heed the direction of emergency officials and evacuate if told to do so. And if you are not under evacuation, please stay off the roads. Many are closed, and some have been completely destroyed.

Here are some key information resources for those who have been impacted. Please share this with anyone you know who may impacted as well.

If you don’t know whether you’re in an evacuation zone, please tap or click to check this map.
